Please note that this is only available if you entered an email when ordering; If you just gave a phone number, you won't be able to make any changes at this time. Shipping time We do everything to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible! Here is an overview of our usual delivery time: Order Processing: We typically process and ship your order within 72 business hours (weekends and holidays excluded) after you place it. Order modification/cancellation deadline: You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes or cancellations. Order Exceptions: Shipping time may vary There are a few exceptions where your order might take a little longer to ship:

• Custom Items: As noted on our site, custom pieces take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse (orders placed before May 1, 2024 were estimated at 6-8 weeks). Pre-order items: Pre-order items may take 4-6 weeks to ship. The exact deadline will be indicated in the title or description of the product. Please note that your entire order, including non-pre-ordered items, will be shipped together. Phone Cases: As we manufacture phone cases in-house, orders containing them may take up to 3-4 business days to ship. We prioritize quality and ensure that each case is perfect for you! (For US orders only: Phone case orders may ship separately from other items.) Not received tracking information? If your order does not contain personalized or pre-order items, and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed it without receiving tracking information, please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact Us form.
